Pearls before swine
Pick as many pearls as you want from one row, and press go whenever you're done. Be sure not to take the last pearl. If you do, you loose. I don't actually know if it's possible to beat him. Comment if you do.

Yes, it is possible. But if you start from the 1st 2 rows, you are sure to lose. Start by picking 2 pearls on the top row... I leave you to find out the rest of the steps ;)
