Alien vs. Predator Requiem game

Aaah, it feels nice to add a game like this after all those minigames where you accually have to use your brain. This is a nice remix of the classic Rampage, but instead of gigant monkeys and dinosaurs you have cute xenomorphs like Alien and the Predators. Unfortunately, this "humoristic" approach destroys the aura that surrounds the movie creatures a little bit which is sad. Of course not as much as Paul W.S. Anderson did when he directed AvP

Hikkoshi

Another great physics game. This time your grand mother has bought a couple of new furniture and your mission is to throw them into the house. I believe that´s the story anyway. My japanese (well I don´t even know if this is japanese) is kind of rusty.

Click your mouse once to start the trebuchet and then click it again at the right angle.

SONNY

Is this cool or what - Armor games have got a Zombie rpg named after me! Oh joy. Cast spells, hack, slash or shoot your way through this turnbased adventure. Upgrade your weaponry, your magical skills and tweak a whole bunch of other options. Fight off zombies, magical creatures and the occasional ghost ninjas.

Insurgo

I guess it was only a matter of time before someone had figured out how to make a game out of those physics engines like this one. Your mission is to build the highest tower man ever seen. Insurgo has a nice sketchy feeling to it that makes it really stands out.

Orb Flex

Move your mouse and hit the orange orbs. It gets harder and harder. And what's up with the music?

Boxhead Zombie Wars

As you might know, we have a thing for zombiegames here. We've even given them their own label. OK. Fine. They might not always be all that "new" or fresh. Most of the time they're actually just another hectic shooter with massive splatter effects that brings nothing new to the genre or gaming. But hey. It's zombies allright! Been a while since we posted some, so here you go. Boxhead Zombie Wars is the fifth installment, this time a bit of strategy is added as you can place explosive barrels at your own leisure. You won't have much time to set up your defences though - 'cause all hell is loose. Thnx Malignatius for the tip!

Nanotube

Pocket fluff. That was my rating. I believe that's pretty lousy... Otherwise Nanotube is a pretty clever mix of breakout and matching colours. Spin the circle with left and right arrows, match the coloured balls coming out of the center.

Shift and Shift 2

Shift

Remember Nitromes YinYang? Here's a similar idea. Trapped in a two colored space (research facility?) you have to find your way through each increasingly treacherous level by jumping and more important shifting your color as well as gravity. If you're black, you can only move in the white zones and vice versa.

Shift 2

And while we're at it, heres the sequel, appropriately named Shift 2.

The Coke Zero Game

Oh man. I know we sometimes stress the fact that appearance isn't everything when it comes to wether a game is good or not. But, hey. This looks awesome! Talented swedish web agency North Kingdom has made this advergame for Coke Zero. Yup, same guys that made the also extremely great looking Get The Glass. A bit on the sexist side, perhaps, and the minigames are not unique or cutting edge, but damn, they look good... Do the death jump, break a wall with a football, juggle a flaming football to impress cheerleaders and play a mega pinball machine. Do what has to be done to get to the football game in time, and step on it, will you.

Bounce

No it´s not Arkanoid. This is Bounce, in which your mission is to bounce on the platforms until they are all green. Trickieeey. Made by Gamersgarden (who has an interesting developer blog)

700 and counting!

Here it is! Number 700. At least it is post 700, as we probably have more games than that posted over the years clustered together in the same post. Phew! When we started out two years ago, we were at least four merry collegues surfing the web for the next good casual web game worth our attention. Now, we're down to two, and as we both are hard working (when we're not at home on paternity leave as is the case with me at the moment) the posting is sometimes a bit sporadic. But don't dispair! If you feel our efforts are slipping behind and your daily cravings for a new game are being mistreated - drop us a mail or post a comment! Maybe you've seen something out there that we have missed and should share with the rest of our readers - give us a heads up, and we'll try to check it out ASAP. Encouraging hoots and hollers to go on are also always welcome. Hope you enjoy We Are Game as much as we do, and good gaming to you all!

Caravaneer

Sometimes you might want something more gamewise than just your 5 minute quick fix. Caravaneer is nothing but a fully fledged strategy and rpg game that will keep you busy and occupied for a severe amount of time. A really intricate trading game, tons of options (and yes, you can save your progress. And yes, you will need it - took me two tries to even get my first serious revenue) You start out small, but will eventually get the knack of being a caravaneer. Trade stuff, be sure to have your supplies in order, hire gunmen, get better transportation, fight off the robbers in turnbased combat and (hopefully) get filthy rich in the process. This reminds me of when I got hooked on Fallout back in the day and spent waaaay to many nights in front of my old Pentium II...

10 Gnomes - A Walk In The Park

The gnomes have hidden themselves in the park this time as it obviously wasn't hard enough to find them the last time while hiding on the rooftops.

10 Gnomes - The Rooftops

Mateusz Skutnik, (maker of the submachine-series among other games) has made a little point 'n click for all of those who enjoyed hunting his previous games for easter eggs and hidden items. You got ten minutes to find ten gnomes. Happy hunting!

Trigger Ball

Big black balls. Hit 'em all with one shot. Seems straightforward and easy enough, doesn't it? Well, not quite.
